The Realize3D Team
Partner and Engineer-
Oscar Sarlandt received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from California Polytechnic State
University, San Luis Obispo, in 1986. Throughout his career he has worked with a diverse spectrum of companies and
clientele. He has collaborated on manufacturing and product development for transportation, optical film, military and commercial aircraft, industrial pumps and compressors, manufacturing software development, and rapid prototyping for
companies like Northrop, Bombardier, Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, 3M and Mori Seiki. Oscar’s experience has given him
insight into the intricacies unique to different end-use applications.

Industrial Design-
Jason Heintz is a product designer specializing in mobile electronics and consumer goods. Jason conceptualizes
and creates product concepts via CAD and rapid prototypes, resulting in designs ready for patent, presentation, and
engineering.

Architecture-
With more than 12-years in the fields of Architecture and Urban Design, the Architectural consultant of Realize3d
understands the primary purpose of the model is to communicate for the project, whether through scale, material or
composition. Our goal is to work with the clients throughout the modeling and design process to be more efficient on
the budget and more effective on communicating ideas.
